Refund Policy
At Chocotreats LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted desserts made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once an order has been confirmed. We do not offer refunds for taste preferences, missed deliveries due to customer absence, or last-minute cancellations.
For catering services, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Any remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. If you need to cancel your event, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. In some cases, partial credits may be issued toward future bookings at our discretion, depending on the stage of preparation.
If there is an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong item or a product arriving damaged—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We will review your concerns and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit. Proof of the issue (such as photos) may be required.
