All products offered by Chocotreats LLC are made to order, and availability may vary based on ingredients and scheduling. We reserve the right to update pricing, availability, and product descriptions at any time without notice. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and you agree to pay all applicable fees, including delivery or catering charges as outlined at the time of purchase.

Catering bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Final payment is due no later than 48 hours before the event. If you cancel less than 72 hours before the event, any additional payments made may not be refunded, depending on preparation costs already incurred. Chocotreats LLC is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue restrictions, or transportation issues.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate conduct, payment issues, or violation of our terms.
